Liability Waiver

By participating, I acknowledge and accept the risks associated with tennis & pickleball
I release Hamilton Mill, its staff, tournament organizers, and sponsors from any liability
I assume all risks and responsibilities related to my participation

Participant Conduct & Sportsmanship

Players must show good sportsmanship & respect organizers and staff
Unsportsmanlike behavior may result in disqualification without refund

Substitutions & Scheduling

No substitutions allowed after registration closes
Tournament organizers may adjust schedules & brackets as necessary

Refund Policy

Refunds available until April 18, 2025
No refunds after April 18 as player selection & scheduling will be finalized
If the event is canceled, refunds are at the discretion of tournament organizers

Media & Photography Release

By registering, I grant permission for my photos/videos to be used for marketing/social postings
If I do not consent, I will notify the tournament staff in writing before the event
