The Schedule of play will be available on day 1 of the event.
Check in will start at 8 am on day 1 of the event. We will begin at 8:30 and play will begin at 9 am.
The Junior tier and the Doubles Tier will be the most competitive tiers, with the Junior Tier being the most competitive. There will be no level considerations when placing/creating teams in those 2 tiers. Teams will be placed in a group at random.
The Solo tier will have level considerations. Teams will be created even, as best we can with the level information we have about each player.
Partners for the Junior tier will be determined through a bidding process. The process will open up once the Tier is filled or once registration closes. In the meantime you can look at the Juniors who have signed up. You can find their names in the Bidding page.
Each division/tier has a percentage of the total entry fees as a prize. The winner of each division will get their entry fee in cash and then receive the rest as shop credit. For example in the Junior division, the winner would get their entry fee back in cash ($75) plus $250 in shop credit if the division is full.
It will be impossible to complete all the matches in 1 day. This is a 2 day event.
Once all registrations are in, we will pair up any players who do not have a partner.
